taking orders or shipping product to overseas customers unless it is a designated
US APO Address. If you are a US "Customer" that has "Special
Requirements" for overseas shipments we can accommodate you with documentation,

for information needed. We apologize but feel DBT customers will understand
this policy.
Guarantee - All items carry a 30 day money back guarantee
on damaged goods. Exchanges are at the customer’s expense for shipping
cost unless diamondback is at fault. If you are returning an item due
to dislike or customer order error, there will be a 15% restocking fee
applied and taken out of customer refund. In some cases if item was a
custom ordered item this guarantee may not apply. Please e-mail or call
for return authorization number before mailing item back to us. This will
ensure your return or exchange is taken care of in a timely manner.
Shipping - We ship Federal Express, UPS and US Mail.
In some cases the item you are ordering is not in stock and may take longer
to receive from the manufacturer. Diamondback Tactical will inform you
in such cases and will give you options and time estimated for your order.
Please call or e-mail to check for availability for express shipping.
Shipping sometimes is not able to be added at time of order being placed
by customer. Shipping prices are added when order is processed in most
cases to ensure that our customers do not over pay on shipping.
All items must be paid for by credit card at time of order being placed.
Exceptions are made for individuals whom want to send money order or cashiers
checks and state that money is on its way at time of order in the comments
section.
Restricted Articles - Every customer is warned to check
with local authorities on purchases of knives, pyrotechnics, batons, tear
gas, hazardous articles, frangible ammunition, weapons and weapons magazines.
It is your responsibility to comply with the law. Offers of merchandise
void where prohibited by law.
Restricted Articles * Age Certificate * Diamondback has that right on
any and all items to have adult signature required on receipt of goods.
This is to protect our customers and their children.
Return Policy - Due to the nature of the products that
Diamondback Tactical provides its customers, all product returns or cancelled
orders (after they have been shipped) are subject to a 10% re-stocking
charge.
This charge will be deducted from your refund check, credit to your credit
card account, or will be invoiced as appropriate. |
