Sewing Supervisor
Must have 3 to 5 years experience as a sewing supervisor need sewing experience with a wide range of sewing equipment.
As a supervisor must have strong sewing skills (will need to pass a sewing test), must be able to give training and instruction to operators. Be attentive to safety, quality, following instructions carefully, and have good communication skills.
Must have industrial sewing experience, prefer working in lean manufacturing cells, if not be able to learn quickly and be able to adapt to a changing work environment.
Must work well with other team members, and get along with co-workers.
Need to be able to work hours as needed and proficient in English, bilingual would be a plus. Please bring resume and work references. Wages depending on experience and training.
