I decided to give your organization a try. I was greeted by Sara Pendgraft
and over the next several months, exclusively worked with Sara on the
placing and tracking of several orders in addition to the management of one quality
control issue on an E&E bag.

I am writing to let you know Sara Pendgraft has been an excellent representative of your
company. Sara was consistently professional, diligent and always followed through.
she was a real pleasure to work with and consistently took the time to answer questions,
research items and follow up on order statuses. She was a particular help on the
purchase of your Predator vest. While an insignificant item for an organization or
agency of any size, as an individual (and one who is NOT getting paid for his Reserve
time... and is currently "surviving" the tremendous downturn of the real estate industry)
the acquisition of the Predator vest and related equipment constituted a large purchase.
Sara went above and beyond in researching my sizing questions, ensuring the product
got to me as quickly as possible and even followed up to make sure the product fit as it
should.

In summary, thank you for staffing your organization with such a professional, pleasant
and responsive representative. Rest assured, I will (and have) passed my great

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you, and all your staff for the excellent training
you provided for our SWAT team. Dave R. speaks very highly of you, and your company, and now I
understand why. I feel the training was the absolute best we could have received.

The pistol and rifle instruction portion of the training presented by Mr. Fleming and your staff
was outstanding. The entry methods, presented largely by Mr. Alexander and Mr. Senatore, were equally
impressive. The team was also impressed by the blocks of instruction presented by Mr. Olson, Mr. Parsons
and Mr. Worthy. I received feedback from all my team members and they agreed, all aspects of this training
were excellent. We have changed several of our techniques based on your training, and I feel each change has
improved our team.

Once again, thank you for the opportunity, Due to the personnel structure and scheduling of the members on
our team, we rarely get the chance for our entire team to receive training from outside the agency. If there
